Park Rules

Please observe the following Rules of the Park:

  • Maintain control over dogs at all times

  • Clean up after your dog

  • Have eyes on your dog at all times while in the park

  • Do not leave your dog unattended in the park

  • Do not bring dogs into the park that are:

    • unvaccinated

    • aggressive

    • un-neutered

    • contagious/infectious

    • have bite history

    • are under 4 months old

  • No children under the age of 12 unless supervised by an adult

  • Have proof of current license and vaccination on dog’s collar

Please help to keep our park clean and safe!

  • Fill in any holes made by your dogs

  • Remove any and all trash brought into park

  • Do not place anything but dog feces in waste containers

  • Bring your own water (the park does not provide water)

  • Ensure gates are completely closed when entering and leaving the park

  • Report any maintenance concerns to the Mad River Valley Dog Park Committee (mrvdogpark@gmail.com)

  • Do not groom, bathe, or brush dogs in park

  • Do not camp within the park property or have campfires

  • Do not hold events without permission from the Mad River Valley Dog Park Committee

  • Do not bring cannabis (including edibles) as even a tiny roach is highly toxic to dogs

  • No alcohol or glass, no smoking

    Visitors and users of the dog park understand and agree that they are using this facility at their own risk and that the Town of Warren and the Mad River Valley Dog Park Committee are not liable for any injury to persons, animals, or property within the park.
